Yes. We use real photos of our actual watches no AI-generated images, heavy editing, or filters. Our products are photographed in balanced lighting so the colours stay as close to real as possible. You’ll receive the same design and colour you order.

Most of our chain watches can be easily adjusted to fit your wrist at any local watch shop.

Bracelet watches are not adjustable.

If you’d like your adjustable watch to arrive ready to wear, simply send us your wrist size on WhatsApp. We’ll adjust it for you free of charge, so there’s no need to visit a watch shop.

Please note: Wrist-size adjustment requires a minimum 50% advance payment, as an adjusted watch is customised for you.

If your watch arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it free of charge. We’ll cover all return and delivery costs, so you won’t have to pay anything.

If you simply don’t like the watch for any reason, you can still return it. In this case:
• You can send the watch back to our address using any courier service of your choice, and the return shipping cost will be paid by you.
• Rs. 250 will be deducted from your refund, as this is the delivery fee we paid to ship your order to you.

Our watches are crafted with durable finishes, but proper care is essential to maintain their original shine. Avoid prolonged exposure to sweat, water, perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals. After each use, gently wipe the watch with a soft cloth and store it in a dry place. With the right care, your watch will retain its premium look for a long time.

Yes. Our watches are designed for everyday use. Following the recommended care instructions will help keep them looking new.

If your watch stops working, the battery may need replacement. If replacing the battery doesn't solve the issue, please contact our customer support for assistance.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we'll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
